Kind boy stays with injured stray dog until help arrives

Hüseyin el-Hasan, a teenage Syrian refugee, has restored our faith in humanity by helping an injured stray dog. Despite the difficulties he and his family faced as refugees, Hüseyin remained kind and compassionate towards others in need.

When he saw a dog hit by a car near his new home, Hüseyin immediately sprang into action. He retrieved his blanket, wrapped it around the dog to keep it warm, and called for help. Despite the heating problems in his own home, Hüseyin shared his only blanket with the dog until rescuers arrived.

Although the dog ultimately passed away, Hüseyin’s act of kindness did not go unnoticed. The city’s deputy mayor visited his home to honor him and his family. They received gifts and a message that Hüseyin’s actions represent the best of humanity.

Despite the challenges he faced in his childhood, Hüseyin’s kind heart never wavered. He serves as an example of how we can all embody the values of children and make a positive impact on our communities.
