How much can a fashionable little home cost?

Feliz Lucas, a member of the Facebook community Home Buddies, was able to do this. This modest house, which he built on a shoestring budget, strongly encourages living a simple life.
The walls of the modest structure, which had previously been used as a warehouse, were composed of gray bricks and appeared to be quite old. With remarkable ingenuity, this old and dusty 30 square meter area has been converted into a wonderful little house.

Feliz Lucas built his “Valeo little home” as a single room. He plastered the rotting façade and inner walls and painted them a comforting white.
She created a little terrace in front of the building for visitors to enjoy their coffee. The patio tables and chairs are fairly trendy and attractive.

During the construction of this modest house, he removed the old wooden door on the side and replaced it with a large window that let in lots of light. He moved the modest house’s entrance to the front. The use of a glass sliding door at the entry is particularly functional.

Outdoor Area

This little house’s formerly covered bush roof has been totally removed and replaced with a magnificent patio encircled by glass balustrades. The patio has significantly increased the house’s usable space.

As this little house was being built, a lot of thought was given to the economy. The majority of the materials utilized were recycled. The glass used in the window, for example, is set aside for disposal. Within the house, however, the furniture was obtained from Lucas’ father’s coffee business and cheap retailers.

Living Room

The wood tones were chosen to contrast the white furnishings in the house. The flooring of the little cottage were once again covered in coffee-colored pottery.

A wooden sliding door divided a corner of this little cottage, and a toilet and sink portion was added.

This little house is the perfect example of what the human mind can do.
